Recloser Services is an American-owned and operated company based in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota.
We specialize in the maintenance, repair, and testing of oil circuit reclosers (OCR’s), including all single-phase and three-phase hydraulic and electronic reclosers, sectionalizers, switches, and pad-mount reclosers.
Mobility
We are fully mobile and travel to your facility or job site to perform services. This allows for greater communication and control with line worker staff as well as the ability to remove, service, and replace OCR units within a single day.
Recloser Services offers on-site maintenance and testing capabilities with our mobile service platforms. We can set up at your facility or be hardwired into a transformer at a sub-station. This allows for seamless integration and communication with your line workers, allowing for the replacement of recently in-service OCR’s.
No more replacing in-service OCRs with backups, shipping them to a distant location, and waiting weeks for them to be delivered back to you. Recloser Services can have your in-service OCR’s back out online within a day or less. We can service customers in any state in the U.S. using our mobile services but can also pick up, service, and deliver your OCR’s if our mobile services will not work for your needs. Pick up and delivery is free of charge.

We provide a full breakdown of all parts used along with the reason the part was replaced. This along with our 3-tier low priority, standard and preventative maintenance programs ensure that you have control and knowledge over what is going into your OCR’s.

State-of-the-Art Testing
We provide TCC, Hi-pot, non-reclose (1-shot), continuity and extensive oil testing using state of the art testing equipment. This ensures greater accuracy of testing and provides excellent tracking measures to gauge the life cycle of oil, contacts, and internal parts.
